realtime_sendRawTransaction

Sends a signed raw transaction and returns receipt-shaped result directly.

Behavior

Expects signed tx hex payload (0x...).
Designed to remove explicit receipt polling loops.
Request timeout window is approximately 10 seconds.

Never expose private keys in docs/browser contexts. Sign transactions in wallet/client environments only.
